As a parent, I was impressed with the leadership qualities and the example Craig was as drum major of the West Jordan High School Marching Band. He was a true friend to all and willing to assist in whatever was needed. I went to almost every competition as a chaperon and remember Craig always coming and thanking me for being there and supporting the band.
Craig enjoyed having as much fun as anyone else, but knew there was a time for fun, and a time to work hard, to make the band the best that they could be. He had a smile and personality that would pull you in. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
My thoughts and prayers are with you Lyle, Marie and family. We don't know the reason, but a choice spirit has been taken far before his time. But we all have the memories of times shared with such a special soul.
