The Big Giant Penguin

I remember my first encounter with Craig was back in 2004 as we were both brand new counselors to EFY. He'd recently returned from his mission to Neuquin, Argentina. I'd just returned from Resistencia, Argentina. We swapped mission stories and laughed about those experiencies. I remember him being a great couselor to his youth and loved by them in return. On our first Wednesday night game night, I saw this giant inflated penguin marching across the field with a group like it was their mascot and I wondered who'd have such a thing. Come to find out, it was something Craig had brought back from the mission. It became his landmark that summer at EFY. Craig always had something to lift the spirits of those around him, whether it be a kind remark or a big giant penguin.
